Lakeshire Farm family working with livestock

Our Story

Three generations of family farming, rooted in tradition and committed to sustainable practices

From Humble Beginnings to Sustainable Excellence

What began in the 1960s as a traditional Ohio farm has evolved into a model of sustainable agriculture. Our family's journey from conventional farming to pasture-raised, dry-aged excellence reflects our unwavering commitment to quality, animal welfare, and environmental stewardship. Today, as we launch our farm store in 2025, we're excited to share our premium meats directly with families who value the difference that careful farming makes.

Every cut of meat we offer tells the story of animals raised with care on healthy pastures, processed with respect, and aged to perfection. This is more than farming—it's our family's legacy of nourishing our community.
