Grilled Ham Steak
Glazed ham steaks and ripe peaches hit the grill together for a fast, sweet and smoky summer plate.

Ingredients
The Plate
- ✦2 Lakeshire smoked ham steaks
- ✦2 ripe peaches, halved
- ✦1 tbsp oil
Maple Glaze
- ✦3 tbsp maple syrup
- ✦1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ✦1 tbsp butter
- ✦1 tsp cider vinegar
- ✦Cracked black pepper
Instructions

Heat. Heat the grill to medium-high and brush the grates clean.

Glaze. Warm the maple, Dijon, butter and vinegar in a small pan until glossy.

Grill Ham. Grill the ham steaks about 3 minutes a side to warm through and mark, brushing with glaze.

Grill Peaches. Oil the peach halves and grill cut-side down until soft and caramelized, about 3 minutes.

Finish. Plate the ham and peaches, spoon over the rest of the glaze, and finish with cracked pepper.
